科研领域
主要利用定量蛋白组为工具研究TNF介导的信号通路。前期利用SILAC和iTRAQ标记定量磷酸化蛋白组技术,研究和寻找TNF诱导的细胞坏死信号通路中,RIP3激酶的下游底物。目前利用SWATH-MS定量蛋白组技术,研究在TNF诱导的细胞中蛋白复合物的动态解离和组装。
