蛋白质组学以及相关的各项技术
- 国际领先水平的新一代的蛋白质组检测平台,在大大提高覆盖率的基础上,灵敏度比普遍使用的平台高两个数量级,极大地促进了蛋白质组学平台在临床医学研究中的应用。
- 利用高灵敏度的蛋白质组检测平台在临床样品当中直接检测与分析疾病中重要的蛋白质的调控网络。
- 利用临床样品,研究重大疾病当中蛋白质翻译后修饰如磷酸化,甲基化以及泛素化的动态变化,找出在重大疾病中起决定性作用的信号传导通路。
精通蛋白质组学为基础的高通量靶点药物筛选平台
- 利用新一代蛋白质组学平台研究传染性疾病的感染发展过程,并利用统计学方法分析蛋白质动态过程,高通量筛选药物靶点。
- 利用新一代质谱技术,检测蛋白质与小分子之间的相互作用,高通量筛选抑制蛋白质功能的药物。

- 利用新一代的蛋白质组学平台研究造血干细胞到血红细胞的发育过程整个蛋白质组的动态过程,从而发现了大量不受转录调控的对发育过程起到重要作用的蛋白质,第一次揭示了转录后调控在血红细胞发育中的重要作用。
- 通过对 HIV 侵入 T 细胞的深度蛋白质组分析,找出受病毒特异影响的宿主细胞蛋白质,利用生物统计的方法找出重要的抑制 HIV 感染的蛋白质靶点。
